Parties are preparing for confrontation in majoritarian elections

The former  allies from the collapsed coalition oppose each other in the majoritatian elections. It is not yet known whom and where  political parties will present as candidates, however, it is known that  strong competition is  expected in constituencies.

Ministers of the Republican Party, Tina Khidasheli, Gigla  Abulashvili and Paata Zakareishvili will resign from their posts  before the elections. They are  likely, along with other new faces to be nominated as the  constituencies candidates.

The Industrialists do not rule out signing the alliance with Patriots` Alliance 6 months prior to the elections. Giorgi topadze`s  party is in no hurry to talk about the future partners, however, they say that they will have candidates in the  constituencies.

National Forum will run in the elections independently.
